A window will appear so that you can scroll and print off multiple forms for your convenience. You can place the forms in your carry around leader's book, miniaturize the form for a mini-book, export to Excel spreadsheets, or save in pdf for your Kindle notebook. Soldiers name is auto placed at the heading of the Soldier Data Sheet.
