To Review All of your Soldiers information and update their training as it is completed, you can do this on the "Review Edit" screen. This is a mirror image of the "Add Soldier" screen, with a few helpful tools on board. By pressing the flag you can cloak or hide the screen from wondering eyes.
If your Soldiers are due APFT, Weapons qualification, NCOER, and Counselings the program will Alert you
The Automated Leader Book:
- Will inform you when NCOERs, Counseling, APFT, and Weapons qualifications are due!
- Will automatically calculate the time in grade and time in service for each Soldier!
- Will sort and manipulate data per your instructions!
- Will allow you to review, edit, and update Soldier information
- Will calculate your numbers for your PDS report
