To Start adding Soldiers to your Automated Leaders Book, you will want to enter their information through the "Add Soldier" screen. Either the leader or the Soldiers can do the entering. I would have the Soldies themselves do it as they in-process your section. There are secure features that will allow protection of information while Soldiers are entering their information.
